Welcome
Welcome to The Valley. If you're new to our church, we want to personally welcome you! We seek to serve you and your family with the love, care and compassion of Christ. We seek to present the timeless truths of the Bible in a way that is easy to understand, even if you've never been to church before. We would like to personally invite you to come join us at The Valley on Sunday mornings at 10 AM.
Angel Food Orders
We have begun taking orders for the new Angel Food Ministries Food Boxes for JULY 2010 Distribution.
Angel Food is designed to help you provide food for your family at a discount. The phrase that we like to use around Valley is, If you eat, you qualify. That simply means that you don't have to meet any financial requirements. You don't have be a member of our church.
How do I place an order?
There are two ways you can place an order:
1.You can place at order at our church. We take orders on Distribution Day during the hours of the Distribution. You can also order during the times found here (scroll down toward the bottom of the page).
2.You can also place your order online using Order Angel Food Online. You can use your debit or credit card by using this option, however, you cannot use your Oregon Trail Food Stamps online. You can use them in person or on the phone because we need to get an approval code...but its simple so dont sweat it!!
What is Distribution Day like?
You just need to bring your receipt with you and a box big enough for your order. We'll verify your order and volunteers will compile your order for you as well as help you to your car with your order
What else do I need to know?
If you cannot pick up your order, you do need to make arrangements with someone you know to pick it up. Valley Christian doesn't have the ability to keep your order here at the facility, as some of the food is frozen, some is refrigerated, etc. What this means is that if you don't pick up your order, we will donate it to a family in need. We don't give any refunds if this takes place.
Other key points to remember:
Any boxes not picked up on distribution day will be donated to the church. No credits or refunds can be given.
Please bring a medium sized box, cooler or laundry basket to put food in and bring your receipt.
Who We Are.....
We would like to think that we are a small church that lots of people attend! Larger churches get that way because people love clear Bible teaching, safe and clean nurseries, great classes, wonderful music, and youth groups and children's ministries that offer real guidance in a world with many choices.
There are many fine churches in this area, and we aren't in competition with any of them. We are what we are: a Spirit-filled, Bible-centered church where Jesus Christ is always lifted up. We love people and exist to meet spiritual needs.
It is sometimes a little scary to visit a church for the first time, but it is worth it. Come visit and then return with your family and friends. After just a few Sundays, you will feel right at home with us. If you have any questions or needs we can pray about, please do not hesitate to contact us.We are founded on the blueprint of the New Testament Church and we use the Bible as a pattern for Church growth and structure. We are a legally incorporated, autonomous local church operated by our team of pastors and staff. The gifted staff and pastors of VCF have a variety of backgrounds and come from a wide diversity of educational and spiritual traditions. They make up a strong and vibrant staff of leaders who work diligently and passionately in many areas of Christian Ministry and service. They exist to serve, encourage, and minister to you!
